How much notice do you need when ordering a custom pretzel or party bucket?
The minimum we ask is a 24 hour notice. If you’re in a jam please give us a call, we might be able to accommodate your request. (636) 922-9200
What if I need to cancel my order, will I get a full refund?
Pretzel Stop understands that plans change and sometimes mother-nature has a way of changing our plans. Either way we’d be glad to assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. If you need to cancel an order please call at your earliest convenience. If it’s after hours call 636-922-9200 and leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and state you are cancelling your order. Please do not wait till the day you requested to pick up your order.
How long do your pretzels stay fresh?
While we always recommend buying and eating the same day, our pretzels are easily good for up to 12 hours however we have had customers tell us that they’ve been good to eat the next day.
Can I reheat your pretzels or bites in the oven?
Yes you can. The pretzel bites come in a plastic container and the pretzels are in a bag or pizza box. Remove the pretzels and bites from their original container and place on a baking sheet or something similar. Set the oven for 200 degrees. Once your oven is up to temperature, let the bites warm in there for 2 minutes. If the bites are not up to your liking I would go in increments of 2 minutes. You don’t want to overdo it!
Can I store the extra pretzels in a zip lock bag?
No, avoid anything plastic. Pretzels need to breath. Plastic does what it’s supposed to do and locks in the moisture. Moisture will make the salt melt. It’s best to keep them in a brown paper bag.
